Fastest time of 2014, felt good felt fast but got stomach cramps and ran with knots then had gas, but it got worse, when I finished I went straight to the bathrrom and blew diarhea for 10 minutes. I think it was the lemonade. first half was a 12:25, second 12:26 very even. |

I have not been able to run for a long time, I tore a calf muscle and was not able to walk 100 yards. Then I tore my illiacus muscle and I could not walk at all, I put on more weight and then I started walking. walking and then running, Today I walk/ran the same course and it took about 35 minutes. Much slower than I have been doing it. I am feeling stronger. I have done this method about 5 times in the last two months. |
