Fastest time of 2014, felt good felt fast but got stomach cramps and ran with knots then had gas, but it got worse, when I finished I went straight to the bathrrom and blew diarhea for 10 minutes. I think it was the lemonade. first half was a 12:25, second 12:26 very even.

Ran well, got passed by a group of young people like I was standing still! Felt really good after like I did nothing. Went out in 12:45 back in 12:36 turns out it was over a minute faster than the best of 2015!

I ran well, er at least my lungs were great, but my legs and back and feet were not able to keep up. but no real pain, a little hamstring twinge, but felt great afterwards and was kinda fast. Went out 13.12 and came back in 13.12!

I have not been able to run for a long time, I tore a calf muscle and was not able to walk 100 yards. Then I tore my illiacus muscle and I could not walk at all, I put on more weight and then I started walking. walking and then running, Today I walk/ran the same course and it took about 35 minutes. Much slower than I have been doing it. I am feeling stronger. I have done this method about 5 times in the last two months.
